CCC Tools is an internal application provided by Catholic Climate Covenant for authorized staff and organizational users.
Authorized Use
CCC Tools may be used only by individuals authorized by Catholic Climate Covenant. Users must use the application only for legitimate organizational purposes and in accordance with Catholic Climate Covenant policies.
Access may be modified or revoked at any time.
Services
CCC Tools provides convenient access to internal tools and information through Google Workspace. Features may include:
submitting Communications requests;
accessing authorized contact and donor information stored in monday.com; and
accessing other internal Catholic Climate Covenant workflow tools.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Third-Party Services
CCC Tools uses services provided by Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and monday.com. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Data and Confidentiality
Information accessible through CCC Tools may contain confidential Catholic Climate Covenant information. Users are responsible for handling that information appropriately and may not disclose or use it for unauthorized purposes.
Availability
CCC Tools is provided for internal operational convenience. Catholic Climate Covenant does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time.
